  When I had to spend the night in front of the shop I asked for a possibility to plug in my own extencion cord and run it under the door So i could charge my stuff- the same answer: I cant do that, otherwise all the backpackers would be using my electricity.

  It took 11 days for this shop to fix my cars oil leak. All this time the car was at their shop.

  I had to take my rooftop tent off the car, to sleep the last night in front of the shop, because of a misunderstanding with the receptionist. Who needed some extra insurance, that I want my car to be fixed by them, after it had already stayed at their shop for 10 days. After several phone calls, talking with her how important it is that I get my car fixed as fast as possible.

  When I asked for 10mm spanner to get my tent off the roof, they said no. "We dont loan out our tools, otherwise all the backpackers would be here asking for my tools. "

  If ur a local, maybe the customer service is better, but if you are a traveller, you're better of taking your car somewhere else. Because this place does not value you as a custmer, not even as a person
